Terms of Service

These terms are written in Italian and translated into the other languages: if they differ, the Italian version prevails.

In short

NomaDev lets you use Claude Code from your phone, on your own computer. The Free level is free forever. Pro and Studio are monthly or yearly subscriptions that you buy and cancel on Google Play, and they renew automatically until you cancel. When a subscription or the trial ends you go back to Free: nothing locks and nothing is deleted from your computer. By using NomaDev you accept these terms.

The service

NomaDev has three parts:

What you need

An Android phone, a computer or VPS to install the server on, and your own Claude account on a plan that includes Claude Code. You pay for Claude to Anthropic, not to us, and your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic's terms. NomaDev is not an Anthropic product and is not affiliated with Anthropic.

To buy a subscription you must have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under the law of your country. The service is not intended for anyone under 16.

Levels and trial

What each level includes is shown in the pricing table and in the app.

The trial lasts 7 days, gives you all of Studio, needs no card and starts when you connect your first phone to the server. It is available once. When it ends you move to Free, unless you have bought a subscription.

Subscriptions, prices and renewal

Pro and Studio can only be bought in the app, through Google Play, which collects the payment. The price is the one Google Play shows you before you confirm, including VAT, in your currency. The Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, monthly or yearly, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from Google Play (profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → NomaDev): it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. You can also change level or period there.

If we change the price, Google Play tells you before it applies, as its rules require, and you can cancel before the renewal.

Your subscription is tied to your Google account and covers one NomaDev server at a time, the one connected to your phone. If you change computer, connect the new server and tap “I've already paid” in the app.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Refunds go through Google Play, under its refund policies.

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason. The service starts right after purchase because you ask for it: if you withdraw, we refund the part of the period you have not used. To withdraw, request a refund from Google Play, or write to nomadev@estroverso.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA. and is in the Google Play email receipt).

Use NomaDev only on computers, servers and projects you have the right to work on. You may not use it to:

Your code and your choices

Your code, files and projects stay yours and stay on your computer: we do not receive them. Which data we process is described in the privacy policy.

Claude Code and the commands you run from the app (terminal, git, publishing over SFTP, FTP or FTPS) really change your files and your servers. You decide what to approve and what to publish: review changes before approving them and keep backups of important data.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the NomaDev app and server under these terms, for the level you have. The software, the NomaDev name and the logo remain the property of Estroverso srl.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service running at all times, but interruptions can happen, for example for maintenance or because of problems at Google, Anthropic or the hosting provider. If the relay cannot be reached, the app and the server keep working: only notifications and subscription updates are missing, and they resume as soon as it is back.

NomaDev changes over time: we add features and improve others. If we remove or substantially worsen a feature of a paid level, we tell you in the app beforehand and you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of the period.

Warranties and liability

If you are a consumer, you always keep the legal guarantee of conformity under the Italian Consumer Code, and nothing in these terms limits it.

Outside that guarantee, and except for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, we are not liable for:

Ending the relationship

You can stop whenever you like: cancel your subscription on Google Play, uninstall the app and, if you want, the server (the commands are on the support page).

We may suspend access to the relay and to subscriptions for anyone who seriously breaches these terms, after warning them where possible. If we decide to shut NomaDev down, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused part of subscriptions already paid.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live and can go to the court of your place of residence. If something is wrong, write to us first: we will try to sort it out together.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update the date at the top. If the changes are substantial, we tell you in the app at least 30 days before they apply; if you do not accept them, you can cancel your subscription before that date.
